How early should I contact you before my event ?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date. For weddings, our hands-on coordination typically begins 4–6 weeks before your celebration, allowing us to finalize details and coordinate with vendors. For social and corporate events, we recommend booking 2–4 months in advance to allow sufficient time for planning and preparation, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
I already have a venue coordinator, Do I still need event coordinator?
Yes. A venue coordinator primarily oversees the venue and its responsibilities, while we focus on your celebration as a whole—your timeline, vendors, logistics, and overall flow of the day.
What is the difference between wedding coordination and wedding planning?
Wedding coordination is designed for couples who have planned the majority of their wedding but want professional support bringing everything together. We step in closer to your wedding date to review the details, coordinate with your vendors, manage your timeline, and oversee the day so you can focus on celebrating.
Do you coordinate cultural and multi-day weddings?
Yes. We welcome celebrations of all cultures, traditions, and faiths, including weddings with multiple ceremonies and events. Your services can be tailored based on the number of events and level of coordination required.
